Security of personal data

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, the information provided by you will be used by ROZALIA BOT exclusively for the stated purpose of the site. Thus, the data from the order form will only be used to send you order confirmation, promotions, periodic newsletters (only to the extent that you agree to receive this kind of information), invoicing and for the delivery of orders, etc.

You are not obliged to provide personal data, but the refusal makes it impossible to process the order and proceed with the delivery of the products. The recorded information is intended for use by the ROZALIA BOT team.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to go to court. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data and to request the deletion of data from our database. Opting out of receiving newsletters and/or alerts by the client can be done at any time through the request sent to office@rozaliabot.com, by the client belonging to the Client account to which the modification/update is being operated.

The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide information regarding the collection, use and disclosure to third parties of personal data by MODISTA SRL-D, a Romanian company, with registered office in AVRAM IANCU, no. 251, Bihor, Romania, registered at the Trade Register in accordance with J05/209/2012 unique registration code 29742709, hereinafter referred to as ROZALIA BOT.

Therefore, we strive to process your personal data in accordance with the principles established in the data protection legislation applicable in Romania, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of of these data and of the repeal of Directive 95/46/CE (“GDPR”). Data storage

We store personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes, but no more than 10 years from the termination of the contract or the last interaction with us. After the end of the period, the personal data will be destroyed or deleted from the computer systems or transformed into anonymous data to be used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.
Keep in mind that in certain expressly regulated situations, we store data for the period required by law.

Provision of personal data

When the data is requested directly from you, ROZALIA BOT will ask you to provide all the categories of personal data that we request for the previously mentioned purposes, because otherwise we will not be able to carry out our activity (including, among others, to we offer services and products).

We will try to respond to the request within 30 calendar days. However, the deadline can be extended depending on various aspects, such as the complexity of the request, the large number of requests received or the impossibility of identifying yourself within a useful period. If, despite our best efforts, we are unable to identify you, and you do not provide us with additional information to identify you, we are not obliged to comply with the request.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.

Last but not least, please keep in mind that the rights listed above are not absolute. There are exceptions, that’s why every request received will be analyzed in order to decide if it is justified or not. To the extent that the request is justified, we will facilitate the exercise of your rights. If the request is unfounded, we will reject it, but we will inform you about the reasons for the refusal and about the rights to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and to go to court.
